I started my journey with Shirzad Chamine over 6 months ago. I'm a relationship coach and I expressed my interest after reading an invitation sent in a Facebook coaching group I belong to.
I met three new people and we undertook the 6-week journey together, something that is a feature of Positive Intelligence coaching is the accountability Pods which you are allocated into by your Pod leader or the person you join.

I also searched for information on YouTube and came across a 20-minute TedX talk by Chirzaad Chamine where he explains what Positive Intelligence is and how he started.
He explains how he used to be ruled by his Judge, the highly critical saboteur to happy, healthy relationships.
The program is over 6 weeks, in the first week we were introduced to PQ reps, the mental muscle building which is a practice to overcome saboteurs like the Judge and shift to a different area in your brain, where you are able to operate using the Sage powers of empathy and curiosity. In all, there are 5 positive forces, or Sage powers, which counter the 10 negative forces known as Saboteurs.
The app has a Foundations section which includes weekly video sessions;
Week 1 - Self Command
Week 2 - the Judge
Week 3 - Accomplice Saboteurs
Week 4 - the Sage Perspective
Week 5 - Sage Power -- Empathize
Week 6 - Sage Powers
There are also sections on Pod meetings and instructions on how to help keep your motivation up and enable your fellow Pod members to express how the course material is being applied and what new insights are gained on a daily basis through practice.

The app also has a community section that includes information, announcements, Pod information, and support. There is a Gym section where sample mini meditations in an audio form are located to help you reach your mental gym target of 100 PQ reps a day.
Every day there is a daily focus, where one aspect of the coaching is explained and you are encouraged to do three PQ meditations for around 2-3 minutes at different times of the day after hearing an explanation on the Focus for the Day.a
The app also helps you track your progress with visual representations of your muscle-building exercise, how many reps you have done for the day, and what your charge level is after having completed the exercises.
After having completed three short sessions a day e.g. 9 am, 12 pm, and 3 pm you are encouraged to write down learnings in a journal entry that expands over time and allows you to look back and see how far you have come.

My view of the 6-week course is that it could be a game changer, and so many of us need to know that we are sabotaging ourselves, and once we can identify how we do that, we can work on a plan to reduce the effect of the sabotaging behavior, identify it in our significant others, and work towards ideally at least a 3-1 ratio of positive to negative interactions ratio with anyone significant in our lives.
I'm so impressed with the program that I'm still a member and keep up my own practice, PQ reps, and daily listening months later. Highly recommended, and a game changer.
